Basic yoga cool-down will come in handy after a vigorous yoga routine. Stretching after an intense workout is highly recommended as it gives your muscles some much-needed relaxation, prevent cramps, and speed up their recovery so you can be ready for the next session!
It's suited for all levels of yoga practitioners as it's very mild and not meant to work you up. It can be used after any aerobic activity, such as running or cycling. Beginners can pair it up with another video, a basic yoga for warming-up, and get a complete exercise.
Basic yoga cool-down is less than 8 minutes long so it won't add too much time to your usual workouts.
