Abs are not only important to look good on a beach, but also to protect your internal organs and keep your posture stable. Strong abs are also important for advanced poses in practically every type of yoga.
This is a short, 10-minute routine that's suitable for all levels. If one session is not enough, you can do it two or even three times in a row. Do this twice a week and results will come.
The entire routine is done on the back, so your upper body strength is not important. It's a great power yoga sequence for those who have injured shoulders or arms.
