Power Yoga Workout

This is the third part of Sarah's 7-day yoga challenge. Power yoga workout focuses on your core and upper body. It's designed to strengthen your arms and make your abs firmer and well defined. You can do this routine on its own, but it's best to do the entire yoga challenge to strengthen every muscle group in your body.
The sequence is meant for intermediate level, although, most of the poses can be done by anyone, depending on their strength and flexibility. If you can't do a certain pose, do it as best as you can and move one to the next one. With a bit of practice, you will soon be able to do the entire routine.
The routine lasts for less than 15 minutes and requires only a yoga mat. Be sure to have a towel and some water nearby as well.
