Yoga for good morning is the first day of the 7-day yoga challenge designed by Sarah Beth. This gentle Vinyasa yoga sequence should be done in the morning. For optimal results, do it on an empty stomach. It will give you a good stretch, relax your body and your mind, and prepare you for the day ahead of you!
This routine is relatively easy and can be performed by almost anyone. Some poses, such as planking, could be challenging for some, but you can do a modified version instead. If you practice this routine regularly, you will master it in no time.
You don't need any special props, only a yoga mat and 15 minutes of your time. Try the rest of the routines from the 7-day yoga challenge to develop strength and flexibility of your entire body!
