Depending on your level of fitness, you probably won't even break a sweat doing this routine so you can go with your day right after you're finished with it. This makes it very practical when you're in a real hurry and don't have time for a shower.
Intermediate yoga practitioners will find this routine interesting, while beginners could have some troubles following it. If you're in a hurry, you don't want a video that you'll have to stop and rewind multiple times because the instructor is moving too fast. You can give it a try if you're a beginner, but it's likely that you won't be flexible enough to do every pose in this routine.
