“The Whole-Brain Child: 12 Revolutionary Strategies to Nurture Your Child’s Developing Mind” by Daniel J. Harvey Karp, M.D. said the book will provide “Simple, smart, and effective solutions to your child’s struggles” which sums it up very efficiently.
“Good night Yoga: A Pose-by-Pose Bedtime Story” by Mariam Gates is very operative if you are looking for something to help you in getting a better night’s sleep. This book is a good meditation book for beginners as it is a fun yet wholly practical book.
