Yoga for scoliosis is a gentle Hatha yoga sequence that is effective not only for people with scoliosis but also for people with any kind of back problems or stiffness in the neck. It also helps with general relaxation so it's a great routine to do right before you go to bed.
Since it's nature is restorative, yoga for scoliosis doesn't include any difficult positions as it's assumed that you have some kind of a problem with your back. So all levels will be more than able to do this 20-minute sequence. If at any point you feel discomfort, it's perfectly fine to cut a certain pose short or skip it entirely.
