In cooperation with another Youtuber, Lesley will show you a gentle yoga routine that's perfectly designed for office workers or any kind of workers that spend the bigger part of the day in a sitting position. Of course, everyone else will benefit from this routine as well.
Spending 40+ hours per week in a sitting position can do a lot of damage to your spine and ruin your posture. At first, we might remember to sit straight and keep our shoulders back, but sooner or later we'll slouch and our spine will start to get more and more rounded. By stretching the relevant parts of your body that endure a lot of pressure every day, you will ensure that your back stays as healthy as possible and that your posture is always straight.
This routine is for complete beginners who've never done yoga before. Lesley will guide you step by step and explain how to do each posture and why is it important to do it. This way you'll know exactly what's going on with your body and how to prevent future injuries.
