In this video, Lesley will teach you some yoga for beginners and show you some of the most basic yoga postures. Her instructions are clear and thorough, and you shouldn't have no problem applying them. You will learn how to properly align your body, where to put your hands and feet, what muscles to engage, when to inhale and exhale, and much more.
This is a great starting point for complete beginners who are looking for a gentle yoga routine they will be able to understand and follow. Of course, you probably won't be able to copy every Lesley's pose and, depending on your level of fitness, some of the poses might seem impossible to do at first. But if you keep doing this routine at least every other day, you will notice that you are stronger and more flexible, and that your alignment is getting better and better with each practice.
