This routine is only for the advanced yogis who are looking for something that will leave them exhausted and without a breath. The routine is just a bit over 1 hour long so your endurance will definitely be tested since the tempo is anything but slow, while the postures are ranging from basic ones, like the Downward-Facing Dog, to more advanced ones such as the headstand.
Tim is giving instructions the whole time, but if you don't know what you are doing, you'll have a hard time following the instructor. This could cause you to get hasty and do postures in an unsafe manner, which could lead to injuries. You especially don't want to try a headstand if you haven't practiced it before.
