In this video, instead of Tim, his guest Franciska will show you a challenging total body yoga workout that is certain to make you sweat and feel every muscle in your body the next day. This is one of those yoga routines that require you to do your best and push yourself to the limits.
The routine lasts just a little over a half an hour so you might not think it's challenging enough for you since there are plenty of yoga routines that last over an hour. But, take into consideration the fast pace of this routine that doesn't leave much room for recovery nor does it give you much time to figure out each pose. You will definitely feel the burn.
This workout is for advanced yogis only who doesn't need lots of instructions and are able to follow the instructor without breaking the flow. Strength and flexibility are a must for this routine.
