Heart Opening Yoga Routine

In this video, Lesley will guide you through a heart opening yoga routine that will give you a thorough, well-rounded workout. If you're looking to hit all the muscle groups in your body, this is a great choice for you. You will need 2 yoga blocks and a non-slip yoga mat that can handle a lot of sweat.
This routine lasts 38 minutes and is mostly suited for intermediate and advanced yogis. It starts slow to warm you up, so no extra warm-up routine is needed, but it soon turns into a fast-paced workout that is sure to make you sweat and elevate your heart rate. The last 10 minutes or so are dedicated to a gentle stretch to soothe your tired muscles.
The routine contains numerous complex poses so be prepared to do a headstand and handstand, as well as some challenging backbends. If you don't know how to do those, you can find videos that are dedicated to those poses.
